Win Part 1 of the video course version of A Year With My Camera (value £165)
How to enter
1. Share a photograph on Instagram that you have taken that includes the cover page of either Book 1 or Book 2 (or both) of the A Year With My Camera workbooks. You don't need to have bought the books to take part - you can download the cover pages at the end of this post and use those for your photograph.
2. Tag me, @ayearwithmycamera, in your caption, and also include the hashtag, #AYearWithMyCamera. Entries without these will be void.
3. In your Instagram post, say what you love about either the free email course or the book/s.
You can do a flatlay, a self portrait with the book, a still life, a well-worn copy, a shot of the book out in the field - anything at all as long as we can see the cover (and it meets Instagram's posting guidelines)
Don't forget that if you are using Book 1 and it fills the frame, you'll need to use plus 1 to 2 stops of exposure compensation, because it is mostly white. And if you are using Book 2, you'll need minus 1 to 2 stops because it is mostly black. If the book is smaller in the frame, you won't need to use so much, assuming you have a mix of other tones.

You need the internet to access the course, and a camera with manual controls to complete the first module. The remaining 3 modules can be completed with any camera, including a phone camera.
Winners will be announced by Thursday 7 December on Instagram and will have 1 week to claim the prize before it is offered to a runner up.
If you win and you have already bought some or all of the course, you can either gift your prize to someone else, or I will refund you the portions you have already bought. If you win and you would like to gift the whole prize to someone else, that is fine. No cash alternative will be offered. You may enter as many times as you like but you can only win one prize.
