If you started for the first time before January 2021 you may not know that we have reorganised the way the course is delivered. We don’t have “start dates” anymore and there is no private Facebook group. You simply start the emails when you are ready (all taken care of for you) and then get the next lesson every Thursday.

To join the community you will need the AYWMC app, available on Apple and Android for an annual subscription that is about the same as a large cup of coffee.
